COMMUNITY GUIDELINES · VERSION 0.7.0
Useful stories.
Respectful riders.
Effective 22 September 2026. Spoke Community is for practical cycling questions, care experiences, parts, replacements, shops and rider-reported costs. Contributions are reviewed before publication, but review does not certify professional expertise, safety, compatibility, price or availability.
Be respectful
Discuss ideas and experiences without harassment, hate, threats, bullying, sexual content or personal attacks. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation, qualification or commercial relationship.
Share only what you may share
Use your own words and media or content you have permission to publish. Check photos for faces, addresses, receipts, registration details and other private information. Do not publish someone else’s personal data or private communications.
Keep advice safe and honest
Describe what you observed and distinguish personal experience from manufacturer guidance or professional advice. Do not present an app counter, photo, sound, community vote or rider report as proof that equipment is safe. Do not encourage illegal riding, dangerous modifications or evasion of product recalls.
No spam or manipulation
Do not flood the feed, manipulate helpful votes, create deceptive accounts, post undisclosed promotions, solicit prohibited transactions, distribute malware or redirect members to fraudulent services. Disclose relevant shop, brand or commercial affiliations.
Moderation
New posts, replies and material edits may wait for review. Members can report content and block one another. Moderators may reject, hide or remove content, restrict Community access and preserve limited decision records needed for safety and accountability.
Appeals and urgent concerns
For a moderation question or appeal, email support@bighelpers.in with the community name and enough context to identify the decision. Do not send passwords or verification codes. If there is an immediate risk of harm, contact the appropriate local emergency service; Spoke is not an emergency channel.
