Effective 22 September 2026. These terms govern your use of Spoke, operated by Big Helpers Software and Solutions Pvt. Ltd. By creating an account or using an account-only feature, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use those features.

What Spoke provides

Spoke helps riders organise bicycles, parts, rides, maintenance records, reminders, backups and optional community contributions. Features may change as the service develops. Availability can depend on your device, operating system, country and third-party services.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep access to your email secure and tell us promptly about suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Local law may require a higher age or parental permission.

Your garage and content

You retain ownership of the information and content you create. You give Big Helpers the limited permission needed to store, process, back up, display and transmit that content solely to operate, secure and improve the features you choose. For Community submissions, this includes displaying approved posts and replies to other members until you delete them or your account, subject to operational recovery retention described in the Privacy Policy.

Community conduct

Follow the Community Guidelines. Do not post illegal, abusive, deceptive, unsafe, infringing, sexually explicit or privacy-invasive content; impersonate others; manipulate votes; distribute malware; or use Spoke for spam. We may review, reject, hide or remove contributions and restrict community access to protect riders and the service.

Safety

Spoke is an organisational aid, not a bicycle inspection, mechanical certification, emergency service or substitute for manufacturer instructions or a qualified mechanic. Reminders, counters, community posts and rider-reported prices are informational. Inspect your bicycle before riding and stop using equipment that may be unsafe.

Third-party services

Optional providers, app stores, email delivery and external links have their own terms and privacy practices. A provider connection does not make Big Helpers responsible for that provider.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe other accounts, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer where prohibited, or use Spoke to violate law or another person’s rights. Security research should be reported privately to support@bighelpers.in.

Intellectual property

Spoke’s software, branding, artwork and site content are owned by Big Helpers or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.

Service changes and termination

You may stop using Spoke and delete your account. We may suspend or end access when necessary for security, legal compliance, serious guideline violations or discontinuation. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export data.

Disclaimers and contact

Spoke is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, exact maintenance predictions, compatibility, price accuracy or that community advice is correct. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Questions may be sent to support@bighelpers.in.
